1 Adding a new condominium
Are you a member of the building council or a resident wishing to digitize your building? Here is how to proceed:
Initial Registration
Start by registering as a user on the "Syndic Digital" app (available on Google Play Store).
Search for your Residence
Search for your building in the app to check if it is not already registered.
Case A: It is already registered and active
Send a request to the property manager to provide you with your unique co-owner code.

Case B: It is registered but not active
Send a request to your property manager to proceed with the syndic space activation on SyndicPro.

Case C: It is not yet registered
Add your residence via the app interface. Wait for validation by the Syndic Digital team, then activation of the syndic space by your manager.

2 Registering as a co-owner
