Article 1 Noise and quiet enjoyment
Occupants must avoid any noise likely to disturb their neighbours, in particular between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Noisy DIY work is permitted Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and is prohibited on Sundays and public holidays.
Article 2 Use of the common areas
The hall, corridors and staircases must remain clear of any obstruction. The bicycle room is reserved for parking two-wheeled vehicles; no personal belongings may be left in the common areas.
Article 3 Pets
Pets are allowed under the responsibility of their owner. They must be kept on a leash in the common areas, must not relieve themselves there and must not disturb the peace of the residence.

Article 4 Waste sorting and management
Household waste must be placed in the designated containers, in compliance with the selective sorting instructions. Bulky items must never be left in the common areas; they must be taken to the recycling centre or put out for municipal collections.
